Activate Your WorkforceHub Account

Initial access to WorkforceHub comes via an email notification from your HR administrator. It contains a link which walks you through the activation process and comes from the domain myshugo.com.

NOTE: If you are a newly hired employee that needs to fill out paperwork, your process of accessing WorkforceHub varies from what's described in this article. Please see the article Complete Your New Hire Paperwork in WorkforceHub.

Here is an explanation of each step in the WorkforceHub activation process: 

1. Notification: Click the activation link in the welcome email. This needs to be done within five days of receiving the email. If you miss this window, your administrator needs to regenerate the email notification, or you can wait and go through the activation process upon receiving your first pay stub.
   
    
    
2. Verification: Once you click the link in the email, verify your identity by providing the last four of your SSN, home address zip code, and date of birth. Select Next once you have entered the requested information.
   
    
    
3. Activation: The final step includes the option to select your gender. You also must create a permanent password. Passwords should contain at least 10 characters and one each of a number and special character. Once you finish this step, you will receive an email confirmation that your account has been activated.
   
    
    
4. Successful Activation: Once activated, the WorkforceHub link is displayed under Next Steps. Bookmark this link as it is how you will access WorkforceHub moving forward. Your email address is your login. If, at this point, you want to access your WorkforceHub account immediately, you can select Enter WorkforceHub. 

Do you have a cell phone number on file? 

You may be asked for a cell phone number the first time you access WorkforceHub. Adding your cell phone number is not required, but it is the only way you can reset your password if you forget it. If you forget your password and don't have a cell phone number on file, ask your HR administrator to reset your password.
